Being a nail tech it’s hard to find a nail salon to go to when you’re lazy and for two years I’ve searched for a nail salon and I FINALLY found it! Jessica is AMAZING and did a wonderful job! From now on I will be going to her whenever i need my nails done!

I should have walked out when I realized they don’t soak gel manicures off. One of my nails was ground down so far it ached for days and still hurts if you touch it. Right away I noticed half of my nail was white under the French and asked about it. I was told it was my nail. It lifted 2 days later. It was a total rush job. Three of the nails lifted within a couple of days. By a week they were all lifted. While checking out the receptionist was so rude. The kind of rude you only see in movies. They aren’t the cheapest nail salon around so why am I being charged a convenience fee for a credit card? Felt like they only care about the turnover. Money grab over a quality job and relaxing experience.

The salon has a very relaxing ambiance. My technician had the perfect touch and did a beautiful job. Jessica was very accommodating helping me get an appointment. Very happy with the great customer service.

I have been coming here for a while despite the negative reviews. Usually, my nails come out good, besides one time when one of the nails techs completely destroyed my nails. She was still sweet about it, so I even let that go and still came here. What put me over the edge was the woman making appointments and taking phone calls. Aside from her noticeable unwelcoming demeanor, (as if someone forced her to come work there and she hates it), she specifically told me, (in a snarky manor), to let them know when I want a design when I make an appointment because they need to make sure the nail techs that can do designs are available. This makes sense, of course. So I did! I made an appointment over the phone and asked several times, “someone that can do designs will be avialable right?” To which she said “yes, just show them a picture!” But that wasn’t the case. I showed a very simple Halloween design, of a VERY basic ghost to do on one of my nails. Two nails techs tried to redirect me to putting a sticker on my nail instead, until finally I asked if it was because they were unable to do the ghost. The second nail tech, (who wasn’t even my original nail tech), said that she can try but it won’t be the same as the picture. I said it doesn’t need to be exact and she said she wasn’t sure if she can do it anyways. So, I finally told her that if she wasn’t comfortable doing it then I’d rather her not, and she told me to do the sticker instead because she couldn’t do the design I wanted. I’m just not sure why the lady I made the appointment with lied about it? Saying they could definitely do it with no problem, when they couldn’t. So now I paid for something that I didn’t want because the woman is a liar. In fact, I paid extra for a sticker that the woman simply placed on my nail and put a top coat over! So I’ve finally had it. I won’t be coming here anymore for sure. I also think it’s very deserving to add another poor review for this place because, at this point, they should be out of business. I feel bad for the nail techs because the woman who makes the appointments sets them up for failure and is miserable. Honestly, she should be fired because people come to get their nails done to enjoy themselves and take a break. They certainly do not want a somber person greeting them, who has no positive customer service skills. Such a shame. I hope they learn their lesson, but, unfortunately, it would probably take nearly going out of business for that to happen. All I can say is, listen to the reviews and don’t support a business thst can care less. I did for a while because I wanted to give them a chance, and I was wrong!

Horrible quality of pedicures and gel manicures. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve been twice since it’s close to my house. The first time my gel manicure and pedicure chipped pretty badly in a week. I gave them a second chance and this time, my gel manicure was peeling on every nail after 4 days. I was out of town, and couldn’t go in to get them fixed until a few days later. I explained the situation to the receptionist on the phone, made an appt, and when I got there they said would not fix it or do anything to remedy it – even just take it off for me entirely – because I hadn’t come sooner (even though I was away and therefore couldn’t). I argued with them until they took me and touched them up.

Over the years I’ve tried giving this place a chance because it is a very nice salon, but they’ve run out of chances with me. I will never go back. The people are rude and rough and don’t even do a good job. Definitely not worth the high pricing they charge. I went for a polish change and my nails looked lumpy and uneven. Terrible.

Absolute worst service. mani and pedi half painted and a mess, spoke with the manager explained this she offered them to be redone after spending 1:45 mins here. Hesitantly agreed, the prior lady already damaged my nails, they never fixed or even addressed my pedicure and then charged me full price. I paid full price which I’m disputing due to horrible service, the receptionist calls me crazy as I open the door to leave. Insane. Never, never.. go to this salon.

I’ve been to this nail salon twice now and have loved my nails both times. However, both times, the same receptionist has been rude and unprofessional! I work in the service industry as well… it’s not that hard to just be a nice person! Just a shame. Gel manicures

The girl took a chunk out of my eyebrow and I have cuts all along where she was waxing. They said they would talk to her and gave me a refund but now I have to go buy an eyebrow pencil and eyebrow growth serum. I have a big event this weekend and my eyebrows are a mess. Do not go here, I don’t want anyone else to have to experience this.
