Went in for the first time this week and the bad reviews do make sense… I think some nail techs are good but the one I got was not. I asked for a micro French tip.. right hand was micro, left hand, half my thumb was in white.. she almost covered it with top coat and I had to ask her if she was serious… told her that it did not match the other hand at all, it wasn’t even a French tip… it was thick and tacky. You can tell in the index fingers in photos, didnt have her redo that one. I was over it… and two of the nails are already chipping too less than 24 hours later. Thankfully I didn’t plan to tip until after the manicure was done…

I have been consistently going to this place for three years. The past few times I have been they have been horrible. They are more concerned with getting you out the door rather than taking their time and doing it right. My nails are shot from the consistent drilling and buffing so after soaking off my dip nail I decided not to get a manicure and let them get strong again. The tech was super rude and let me know it was my DIET that made my nails look the way they did. You can literally see the marks from the drilling and where my new strong nail is coming in at the bottom. I asked her to cut them down and she said no because I wasn’t getting a full manicure. I was honestly appalled. I went ahead and got gel on my toes and not even 5 hours later this is the result because he couldn’t take the 60 seconds to let it harden. Steer clear of this place. They lost a repeat customer of 3 years today because I’ve finally had enough.

Always quality work, and if there is ever an issue they will fix it no problem! Always friendly staff. I see Trish for dip nails and Mary for the pedicure! Both very sweet and great at what they do. I haven’t had a bad experience to date. I go every 3 weeks.

This place is horrible! The screenshot is what I wanted, this is what I got. I wanted them the same length I came in with and they just filed them so so short I was already upset and all I got was “sorry” and they are so thick and goopy. This place is horrible. My friend got her nails done and they are all crooked and just not good. $53 for my friends nails to be all lop sided? I’m glad they did not charge me but this is just ridiculous I am so upset. Please never go here they have no clue what they are doing. Even when I told them to stop they tried to keep going.

This salon turns out a high number of customers, but their process is so seamless and efficient, you’d never know it. The gel manicure itself was great, and I highly recommend you opt in for the Relax service with the massage. Well worth the extra $.

Alena has done my nails twice now. I like them just past the tips of my fingers and fairly thinly dipped. She does them perfect every time. She also speaks good English. She is great!!! Dip powder

Awesome!! Literally the best mani Pedi I have ever had. Just moved to Texas from Hawai’i and I got all sorts of fancy additions like massages etc for the price of a real basic service back home. The foot massage was literally the best I’ve ever had. Plus you get free drinks which doesn’t hurt lol. Will be back for sure! Back massages, Polish removal, Foot massages, Manicure, Exfoliation, Nail cut & filing, Gel manicures, Hand & foot massages, Pedicure

I was rushed out before my nails were done drying for the third (and final) time. They usually never really let my nails dry, but this time it led to, well, this. I wouldn’t recommend getting the matte coat unless you have someone else driving. The time before this I got dip and it chipped just as quickly as the regular polish for $20 more.
