Absolutely in love with my nails. I had Jasmine, who was very nice and patient with me. She didn’t talk much, but I know that was probably because she was so focused on the design I wanted. Was very sweet at the end, and seemed happy when I took a picture of my friend and I’s nails. I’m really glad that she was patient with the design that I asked for and didn’t rush. The end result was exactly what I wanted! Will be coming back and asking for her.

My experience with the service was not so great. I called ahead of time and was told I could come in at 11 for a dip and pedicure and it could be done simultaneously. The lady at the front had the worst RBF and was not pleasant. I was on a time crunch and they ended up not being able to have 2 techs for me, although everyone else in the salon had 2 techs while in the chair. The quality of work was poor and the techs were so afraid of the head lady. They even said she was not nice and mean. I needed to change from a dip with tips to gel so I could have two techs and the lady came over to me angry because I “changed my mind”. I explained I wanted the dip but didn’t have an extra hour to sit after getting a pedicure. She just kept repeating over and over that I “changed my mind”. Weird experience.

I had an amazing experience here! Julie did such an amazing job on my nails. Wendy did a spectacular job on my pedi. The manager at the front desk was so sweet, they stayed an extra 45 mins to finish my nails and never tried to rush to leave on time. I strongly recommend this establishment.

I have been coming to Onyx for about a year now and have trusted them with events such as my wedding, bachelorette party, bridal showers, and other special events. I love the drinks that they make and the upscale feel of the salon too. I am a super picky person when it comes to my nails but I have not had a single complaint about this nail salon!

The ambiance is fine, however, this will be my last time coming here. I came in to get my REAL nails re-dipped, plus they were already in a coffin shape. I upgraded my dip to include a manicure which was actually just them cutting off the cuticle so it totaled $49. At check out, they charged me $5.00 to take off the dip powder & $6.00 for a shape that my nails WERE ALREADY IN PRIOR TO COMING. No signage anywhere saying take off was extra (they didn’t tell me or put it on that little paper) or that shaping already shaped nails is extra as well! That should be included with the price of the dip. They really are getting over on people for SUBPAR work. Everything that would typically be included in dip is separate. I will be going back to my old salon even though it’s further away now. I uploaded a picture of what my hands looked like prior to me coming.

Just got home from having a dip manicure done by Q Wendy. I told her I love to have short almond, thin nails and she was fantastic! I also told her my cuticles are sensitive and she was very accommodating by being extra gentle when trimming down my nails. The salon is clean and I received 15% off because it was “happy hour” (M-W). I’ll definitely be returning!

Absolutely love this place! By far the best service and nails I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many nail salons. My boss and I come here every month to get our mani pedis and they NEVER disappoint, and we are both very particular. Will continue coming here and referring everyone I know. Such a relaxing and pleasant environment, all the employees are so welcoming and kind as well. Thank you for doing such a great job with our nails!
