I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and asked for a technician that could do detailed design. I wanted natural looking roses on two nails. The service was not good from the beginning. No hand towel or hand pillow to rest my hands during my service. When I said something, they did not get one. They shuffled me between 3 technicians with each doing part of the service but not communicating to each other what my original request. Which was black, pink, and white colored nails with two nails with rose design and a black ribbon. When I spoke up about the base colors not suppose to be all pink the technician complained and drilled the pink off so hard my nails hurt. She added some white but from the attitude, I can see the black was going to be an issue as well. The final product of the base nails is poor and my nails were dirty underneath with dip cake up etc and I voiced this before leaving the nail table. You need to use a file to clean underneath. And the lady was like time to pay. I was like that’s fine but I want my nails cleaned. She charged my card and proceeded to clean my nails at the register with cotton balls and alcohol. I’m like this is not clean, can I get a tool. They are like bye. They did not fix any mistake during my service. My scheduled manicure took 3 hours with all the delays. The service was $81.

Came in Monday before leaving for Europe to have fresh nails. The girl doing my pedicure cut way to deep inside my toe (at one point I flinched and then she just cut it off instead of pulling) and 48 hrs later I have infections in both toes. I’ve never had this had to deal with this and I’m honestly not sure what could have been done differently except not to cut so deep into the inside of the toe nail.

The woman who owns the store is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Been there many times and now never again. Don’t go there unless you want overpriced nails and to be harassed by her. She was at the counter and asked what I wanted and I showed her a video from OPI of a very basic nail tutorial. She then proceeded to tell me I have no idea what I am talking about and told the nail tech not to listen to me. I was going to get a new acrylic set with gel on top but the nail tech said it’d be cheaper and better if I just got a fill. The owner came over AGAIN and yelled at the nail tech for offering the cheaper service. She is extremely condescending not only to her employees but to customers too when they don’t want to spend $85 on a basic manicure. In case you go in and need to recognize her she’s the one walking around in a canal street Versace outfit she bought after forcing all the add on prices on you. I also added a picture of what I asked for and what she forced me to get after saying I didn’t know what I actually wanted even after showing her a tutorial video.

The lady cut me twice, and i asked for a initial designed which she knew she messed up because she glanced at it for a while, she asked me if i liked it and i said it looks a little smudged and she took a look and said “cute and tiny” and was still charged 84$ ): Dip powder

I had a bizarre experience last visit. The nail tech split my fingernails when removing my prior dip. I didn’t sign up for that. It was was painful and uncomfortable. The new dip is lovely.

This was the worst Mani Pedi I have ever had. This is a crowded place due to overbooking which isn’t relaxing or healthy. The staff was unbelievably rude on top of that. I would have walked out at the beginning but my teen granddaughter and I only had that time to get it done and her heart was set on it. Mistake!!

Everytime I come here my nails break. One broke immediately after I left and I came back and it seemed like an inconveince to fix. The next day another snapped. This happens EVERYTIME. I pay a lot to get my nails done and they break the next day everytime. Dissapointed.

Paid over $200 for a girls day and our nails turned out horrible they were rushed and when asked to fix they made it worse my mother had never been to a nail salon before and they were very rushed with her and handling her rough when she did not know what to do with her hands I should’ve waited the extra hour and gone back to grandluxe salon less than a mile away
