Paul is amazing! I was looking to schedule a massage on Sunday and easily booked an appointment online with him for the following day. I was in great need of pain and tension relief and it was amazing to get in so quickly. His studio is lovely, clean, and relaxing. Paul was kind, professional, and gave the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. He was very helpful in explaining different muscle groups to me and showed me some stretches to do to relieve tension in specific areas. I always appreciate when massage therapists explain things to me, as it improves my body awareness and understanding. I’m so glad to have found Paul and can’t wait to book with him again.

My mom gifted me a session here back in December 2021, and it was fabulous! Went back just a couple of days ago, and it was just as amazing. Paul is very attentive and makes sure to pay close attention to the areas that bother me the most. I am always a smidge sore after, but it’s well worth it because Paul is the only person that has ever been able to successfully rid me of all my knots.
