This salon needs to have a training in how to treat their customers. I’ve walked in this salon a few times now and not once felt welcomed. Don’t even try to be seen without an appointment. The main gentleman at the from desk is especially rude.

Michael should NOT be doing SNS dip nails! I’ve gone to this salon for years and never had a real problem but i also never had him before. I made an appointment before my vacation and did not get my regular nail guy. Michael had to redo 4 out of my 10 nails. He also drilled into my nail so much that it hurt me. I walked out of there an hour and a half later without the design I wanted and mistakes everywhere. My dip set lasted maybe a day before it started cracking. I’m so utterly disappointed.

Said they close at 7 pm. Walked in at 6:30 and they declined to see me for any service. Said right away before I could even talk that they were closing soon. All I wanted was a polish change and to see how there service is so I could become a regular every two weeks since im new to the neighborhood Wont be coming back…

I enjoy coming here, it’s so peaceful and the staff are very professional. Jenny provides great gel pedicures for me and accommodates my style. Call for an appointment. They also practice Covid restrictions, temperature checks and hand cleanliness.

I have been going here for years for nails and eyebrows They always do a good job. I have had Jenny and Lisa do my eyelashes. Both do a really good job. And the price is so reasonable. $25.00. I know people that pay upwards of $100. I have had mine on for 2 weeks and I haven’t had any fall off and i always get compliments on them. All the staff are always friendly and I always see the same people working there. Lately I really like Ashley for my nails. She is a little faster than some of the other girls, but still does a really good job. I am sure alot people are like me, its hard to find the time to get my nails done. So i appreciate the promptness.

I have happy toes and happy feet! And I’m happy because I can wear open-toe shoes! Because of the fires, all services were being done indoors (9/11). The prices went up and probably because of the safety plexiglass they installed and to make up for lost business. I was concerned that they were not taking incoming customer temperature readings. But they did ask for customer phone numbers. Tips are still ‘cash only’ and can’t be included in the debit/credit card charge.
