Critical: Quality, ValueI go here because of location. They get it right 25% of the time. Tonight was the last time. My nails were not even soaked off they were drilled off and not even the entire amount of previous powder was taken off before she put new powder on. No base powder, just straight to color. No cuticles cut back. Nothing! My nails are messy looking and cuticles are torn up due to the drill and my nails sore due to drilling all the way down. I will never return. To top it off she even over charged me for a service I get regularly. I go here because of location. They get it right 25% of the time. Tonight was the last time. My nails were not even soaked off they were drilled off and not even the entire amount of previous powder was taken off before she put new powder on. No base powder, just straight to color. Critical: ProfessionalismI came in with my daughter to wax our eyebrows. The owner said she would not wax my daughter’s eyebrows because she was 10. She said that it was inappropriate for her age. My daughter has big bushy eyebrows from her dad so they look out of control. The owner thought it was her decision what would be appropriate for my kid. They lost my business. What makes this situation worse was that she started talking Chinese to her workers and they all laughed. They are very rude here. There are plenty of other really good nail salons right across the street who do a great job. La Bella Nails by Randalls and the brand new place across the street from them on Crystal Falls Pamper & Polish, they even serve you champagne if you want it. So, SEE Ya! I came in with my daughter to wax our eyebrows. The owner said she would not wax my daughter’s eyebrows because she was 10. She said that it was inappropriate for her age. My daughter has big bushy eyebrows from her dad so they look out of control. The owner thought it was her decision what would be appropriate for my kid. They lost my business. Critical: QualityI am very disappointed with my experience. I went in this afternoon with existing thick, Solar, Ombre French Manicure , square with rounded corner nails, about 1/4″ past my finger tips. I needed a fill, but could not get to my regular salon. I asked if they could do the same thing, thick, square w/rounded corners, but a bit shorter (I specifically showed them to file down the length that had grown out, which was about 1/8″.) An hour later I came out with nails that were thin, completely round, and ended at the tip of my fingers. The only thing that was correct was the Ombre French Manicure. And, now that I am home, I realized that 4 of the nails on my left hand are shorter than on my right hand. I am not sure how else I could have explained what I wanted, since the desired finished product was on all 10 finger tips, minus the fill where they had grown out, when I walked in the door. The total was $66 to remove the existing nails, and put on the new Solar nails. NOT worth the money as I will probably go somewhere soon, to have them fixed, and spend at least that much again. I am very disappointed with my experience. I went in this afternoon with existing thick, Solar, Ombre French Manicure , square with rounded corner nails, about 1/4″ past my finger tips. I needed a fill, but could not get to my regular salon.
