I got my nails done a few days ago by an elderly woman there. was hurt by the drill multiple times. I will show pictures of my hands cut up and the aftermath scabbing. Do not come here. I will not be back. it was so painful. She didn’t even apologize. The total was $90. 1 told them I’m not paying full price for being hurt multiple times. They discounted it to $80. Messed up.

At the beginning I was enjoying my experience until the technician filed my nails slanted instead of straight across. I asked her to fix it and her response was “You have to fix it yourself.” I was appalled. The manager came to fix it and I informed her that I would never come again. This place of 7 minutes from my house. I will drive 35-40 min away to receive better service. This was ridiculous! My nails were lumpy, glue spilling out around my cuticles. She dipped the nail in the acetone before she put the glue on and it burned my nail. I will never ever step foot in there again.

I don’t usually write reviews on places, but I went to get my nails done this afternoon and the woman was really rough and cut way too close to my skin. She was working extremely quickly and I ended up walking out after I started bleeding badly and she kept trying to dry it up, saying my skin was just “too thin”.

Went for an emergency pedicure. Had to tell the technician to clean my cuticles (not sure why she didn’t do that). The place needs a deep clean regularly and they need to sanitize tools. Will not be going back.
