Critical: ProfessionalismWorst experience ever. Ask for Christmas nails and got disappointed. My nail was crooked and thick. The lady doing my nails said 50 then the other lady walked up smacking on food saying something to her and then the Kady says uh it’s 65 now. Polish on my finger and glue too. Won’t be back. Go at your own risk

honestly disappointed in my gel set. this is how they look only after 3 days. many of them are crooked or not evenly filed as you can see in the pictures. my middle finger broke only yesterday and my cuticles were not cut/cleaned. you can already see the bottom lifting near my cuticles and im sure it’s due to poor nail prep. they were really nice but I don’t think i’ll be returning.

The guy told me two different prices when I walked in he told me 30$ for regular Acyrlic nails and I got regular nails and he asked for 50$ at the end first and last time coming to him. I did not add anything additional for the price to go up

At first I was very confused by the sign at the front desk that stated they do not give refunds for unsatisfied services.. but now I understand. I did a full set no chip, and my nails were uneven, crooked and started to fall off in just under a week. I paid $50 for them to not even last a few days. I would not waste your time here. My friend also got a regular no chip manicure, and the same thing happened, they chipped off in under a week.

I have come here 2 times now and the 2nd time was my last. I just got off work and walked in and they told me a short wait well 2 people walked in after me (they did not have appointments) and they were brought back to chairs 1st then the main girl asked me to sit at the guys chair (the one by the entrance) so I did already annoyed i waited another 15 then he comes and rushes through my nails I asked for a design and pulled out butterfly stickers ( 9 dollars for nail stickers! I wanted an actual design) and he tells me he cannot do that then after he tells me to wash my hands and thats when I realized o e nail wasn’t filled in all the way, 2 nails are wide and wonky looking i said DO NOT trim my nails and he did with the machine sander. I cannot and will not go back unless I go to the main girl she seems decent but the main guy is not. If you go just avoid his chair.. my nails were just done yesterday so there should be no gap.

I would never give this business the opportunity to service Me again. I was quoted $50 for my service and when it was time to pay my service had increased by $5. The nail tech Levail was not polite during the entire service. Levail asked me if I washed my hands alot. I said I’m a Hairstylist so I wash hair frequently. She then told me below my finger nail were swelling then recommended I put them in a low fire on the stove top. Told me it was her grandmother’s remedy. Then I was asked to leave before my feet were completely dry. Unbelievable 1st experience.

Went to get a nail fixed. The lady was so rude! My nail shape doesn’t match! When I went into the shop there was only one customer then two customers came in after me! The nail tech start her service before mine! After I waited 20 min for her to fix my one nail she messed it up! Just rude as ever if I didn’t have to work I would have just left! I didn’t even let her polish my nail because she was so rude when I told her my nails weren’t the same length! She processes to file my nails very ruffly! Definitely the rudest nail tech i ever had!

Worst nail salon in the area. They are not the friendliest but I’m more concerned about them reusing dirty tools. ALL tools were previously used and not sanitized/new. Do not get a pedicure here.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI went in on a nice Saturday at 1:45pm walked right in requested a pedicure and fill in. I was told to pick my color and have a seat as per standard. There were 4 other ladies in front of me that were also waiting for services. After 45 minutes of waiting I was told to go to pedicure chair #6, along with 3 other ladies one whom had an appointment and mother and daughter who did not have an appointment and had just walked in no more than 10 minutes prior to being seated in a pedicure chair. The first available tech did not come to either me or the lady with and appointment. We raised our hand verifying we were first there was a conversation in a foreign language and we were told we’d be next. After another 45mins of sitting in a pedicure bowl with my feet now in cold water they processed to service a third client who had just walked in. At that point I began to dry my legs and feet and put my shoes on and leave and not one technician said a thing: sorry, offer a discount, there isn’t anything wrong with me my feet or my money. The only reason I was there is because my regular nail tech was out of town for the holiday. There were 4 other ladies in front of me that were also waiting for services.
