Only Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI left a great review about a week or two ago for this business on my own account. I am now leaving one from my mom’s gmail. Last time they did a great job. This time, I can’t say the same. I was getting a fill in and color change when she put the product, I think glue on my nails and it started to burn very badly. I told her multiple times it burned and it seemed she didn’t care until I texted my mom to come in. My mom came in and I repeated the issue and it was then when she appeared to care. The other lady put a product on my nails to stop the pain. It stopped for about 30 seconds then came back. I told the man employee that it didn’t burn last time I was here so the other woman must use different products and he just said, “No we all use the same products here.” It burned so badly that me and the employees agreed that I come back another day. I changed my mind and said I wanted to continue today as I don’t know if I will have time another day soon but the woman who did my nails didn’t listen. My mom paid 15 dollars and we left. I don’t think they’re a bad salon, I just think she should’ve stopped when I originally exclaimed my issue. It was nice going there the first time. I left a great review about a week or two ago for this business on my own account. I am now leaving one from my mom’s gmail. Last time they did a great job. This time, I can’t say the same. I was getting a fill in and color change when she put the product, I think glue on my nails and it started to burn very badly. Critical: QualityI went to here to get a full set of nails, gel. I wore them for a few weeks, went back to have them “fill” them & a man tech said I already needed a new full set that one of my nails was turning color. I was upset. During the removal of my nails he used his finger nails to pry off mine~gross! He gave me another full set for another $45, that = $90 so far in one month! I asked why my nail turned color he said too much space in between nails & gel caused it. (That wasn’t my fault) Within days other nails started turning already & I noticed the gaps @the tips, so I went back today to have them removed. The lady tech Also tried using her nails to pry my nails off & I said No Stop! So she let me soak in Acetone for almost 45mins.
