This is on my neighborhood, I have been here 4 times and each time, they do not display a price list. The salon is filthy. PG County should sanction them for not keeping a clean salon around our toes and nails. While they have a big sign for special $50, that is not the case and it’s fraudulent. They charge $5 for everything, I mean everything, to include using cuticle remover. My technician used oil, and I asked about cuticle remover and they all acted as if they did not understand English. So, up charges are prevalent here, which makes your service cost more if you went to a much nicer salon. They seem to charge what they want. I know that the Technician’s skills are less than average, but for these prices I will keep going to my upscale salon, which is cleaner and healthier for my toes and nails. DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE! They advertise $40 manicure, pedicure and eyebrows but I ended up paying $95 and didn’t even get my eyebrows done. I have been going there for about a year nearly every other month. I never fill my nails in so I received a take-off for an additional $5, fine. The lady doing my pedicure asked if I wanted gel, I replied yes and she told me $5 extra, cool. Now when I got to doing my nails I got a white acrylic . As he is finishing up I started getting ready to pay and pull out my phone for Cashapp. He then pulls out a calculator and starts typing numbers in and came up with $95. I explain to him something is wrong I never pay over $80 here including tip and even show him my cashapp transactions I had with them in the past. I am in school and have to get the same standard white or French tip short nails which I get everytime I come here. He then proceeded to tell me that gel with pedicure and manicure is $75 and the special no longer applies to me , then said acrylic powder is $15 and my $5 take off fee. As he didn’t finish yet, I told him do not give me the gel top coat on my nails ( trying to lower the price) . I explain to him an additional $45 for simply getting gel is ridiculous. I called my sister as I was getting upset because I never went through something like this before , the male tech ( first desk in front of the door) told me he doesn’t know why I’m calling someone because they can’t help me in this situation. Highly unprofessional! I hope this place gets some better management with some consistency in pricing or gets shut down .

I was able to walk in & get a pedicure & manicure. However, I would have waited if I k ew she was going g to rush it. She didn’t put a base coat on my toes & the polish is not evenly applied. My gel manicure was fast & sloppy. I won’t be back.

Place doesn’t have a pricing list. Quoted me one price then upcharged me one the service was half way done. I had to wait to have my manicure finished after my nails were dry for 20 min while someone’s pedicure was being done. Customer service needs help. Get a list up of fees but maybe they do this on purpose. I will never come here again.THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME. Only came here because my nail place was closed.

Although they were crowded Leo did a great job on my nails and toes . There was a lil organization by the ways the chairs are set up, so they did take people in the order that they come. I got the special which was $40 for nail toes and eyebrows, which I thought was a great deal , in the end I wined up paying $55 plus tip. I paid extra for the shape and gel nail polish .
