Only Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to get my nails done yesterday and not only did they cut my finger while doing my acrylic set, the gel on almost every single finger started peeling not even 5 minutes after leaving. I went back the next day to get them fixed and they were beyond rude. They were rough with my hands and made it very clear they were upset they had to redo it. To make matters worse the gel polish on the “fixed” nails have all also started peeling. If you want even a decent job DO NOT go here, I will never give them business again. I went to get my nails done yesterday and not only did they cut my finger while doing my acrylic set, the gel on almost every single finger started peeling not even 5 minutes after leaving. Critical: QualityI recently visited this nail salon to get a powder gel refill. The tech assured me that they provide this particular service and that she knew what she was doing. After choosing my color, I was told to choose another because the new york gel would not cover my previous color. As she began to apply the new powder, she applied way too much which resulted in my nails looking bulky. She assured me that she was grind it down for a more realistic look. She did not nor did she shape them as I asked. When I initially left the shop and stepped into the sunlight, I realized my nails all had streaks across them and returned to the shop. I complained to another tech who insisted it was because of the quality of the powder they purchase and offered to paint my nails with the same color gel polish.
