Only Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI asked for the photo on the right, and was told it was possible.. clearly that was not the case. I was charged $10 for the gems and they didn’t have the original color so I said gold… what I received is clearly orange. When I asked my tech to take the gems off because they could not do the design (they looked like the VT hokie print) he refused and insisted they look good. I asked a second time because I was really not feeling this, he said it would be too much to have to take them off. So now if I want them off, I have to have messed up ridges. Good had other options for coloring/whatever because I knew it was a big request for a walk in. A little communication goes a LONG way. I understand I could have spoken up more, but he barely even put two coats on the nails and they’re basically grey/see through in person. I paid $70 because I feel a sort of understanding for service industry workers.. but I wish I didn’t.
