Really wanted to like this place. Went there for a trim, I had beautiful long hair. Left with shoulder length hair. The stylist said he would cut off a couple of inches, ended up cutting off most of my hair.

I completed a consultation for highlights and a cut with Mike Muniz. I had an appointment set, and everything seemed good to go until I received an email notifying me that my appointment had been cancelled, presumably by the salon. I waited for Mike to follow-up with the hopes that there was an explanation as to why, but he never reached out. I’m confused and a little baffled, but mostly I’m frustrated and hurt. It was unprofessional and rude. Maybe he’s a great stylist but he’s certainly not a great person.

Went to Amy. all she did was talk about the product. i thought i was at a sales show. it was REALLY annoying. she also rushed through my haircut, must of double booked. the salon is really nice, but the stylist, NOT at all. i do not reccomend! i walked out hating the cut and color. way to dark for me!
