I took my 13 year old daughter to get her first professional sew in or what ever. Latoya the so called stylist did a crappy job. It was falling out in a week and when I asked her why she didn’t use a net she had the nerve to tell me I should have requested one to be used. For $180 and I provided the hair why would I have to request anything. She gave me the run around about meeting her to show her the poor job she had done then gave me attitude and never once even apologized. I would not let her groom my dog

It was a cool environment. Nothing too special about it. No one jumped to help when I walked in either no one said hello upon my entry. Idk. The hair cut was odd. My son’s hair comes down to his forehead a little and the barber thought to literally cut alone that line and leave it like that I was like is this his first hair cut no one has ever cut along my son’s hair line like that, most of them would “create” a hair line. Like dude did no sort of krisp lines I paid for the last minute hair cut and you can tell it was a last minute choice.

The female barber is good but do not ever go on the weekend! Had to wait two hours and do not expect to be seen in the same order as you came in. People seem to jump in front of you. Irritating place to be but good work done by the employees.

The wait is so long. Dropped my son off at 9:45 a.m, before they opened and my son still wasn’t seen at 2 p.m. when I arrived to pick him up. Don’t know what happened, but I took him elsewhere. We were becoming loyal customers, now we’re not!

I gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give ‘0’. The owner (at least I think it was the owner), was extremely unprofessional! Dude kicked two of the employees he had been yelling at AND their customers out while we were waiting. Not sure if the guy was having a horrible day or if this is how he rolls, but either way this place is TRASH!!! Besides the drama (rent-a-cop and police came), it was hot as hell in there and smelled like old garbage or something. Left without getting my hair cut and would NOT recommend this spot to anyone. I don’t care how good you are, I don’t leave out the house to go spend my money somewhere that I have to deal with that type of nonsense. ZERO STARS!!!
