I hate making appointments for hair cuts. Especially when I wear my hair short. But I also hate those chain haircut places. The cutters are so transient, you never know what you’re going to get. However, I stopped in at One Way Barbershop and noticed right away that there was a vibe in there, like all of the barbers knew each other. And they do. Nazim, the owner and the man who cut my hair, introduced me to a couple of his family who are his fellow barbers. That tells you they’re invested in the business and care about it.
