It was my first experience with this salon. When I got there I was told that they didn’t have enough time to do my cut and highlights. I had made the appointment earlier in the week and told them what I would like done. They said they were sorry but did nothing to rectify the situation just let me stand there. Needless to say the salon did not make a great first impression. I won’t be going back.

I liked them at first but my appetite has worn off. They fixed my broken screen $82 as I recall. So I decided to have them get me a new battery, and one for my wife’s phone, and replace a bad speaker on my phone. They told me they would have everything in a few days and call me. I called them at least twice and was told the batteries would be in a day or two. Meanwhile I somehow managed to crack my screen again. So when I went by a Sprint store I stopped by. Of course the prime phone with all latest bells and ringers is on special some $700-800. I said what do you have that actually makes sense? Well here’s a newer version of the phone you have for $96. Sold. I did go for the screen protector and rubber boot. Another $35. My original phone had other issues like a split screen display after being used for more than 15 seconds. Smart fix did call back maybe a week later, but I was on another call. I called back as soon as I got off the call but it was 6:30 and they closed at 6:00. They didn’t leave a message.
