Worst customer service and massage ever. Left the shop with one bruise and the next day had 3 bruises. I wish I could leave a bad review for each injury I had when I LEFT that shop. They are not the people to go to if you want a soothing massage and employees with a nice attitude

0/5 STARS WORST MASSAGE EVER! left with bruises and was not allowed a refund. they blamed the bruising on “light pigmented skin” and claim i had the bruise prior to my arrival. bad business and nasty attitudes. do not come here unless you want to leave beat and battered.

I wish I could give this salon less than a 1 star. This was the worst experience ever. I booked my appointment in advance and when I arrived the stylist was over 20 minutes late and she had three other clients scheduled for the same time. The clients allowed me to go first because I had graduation to attend at 1 and my appointment was at 9:30. So at 10:30 all she had done was comb my hair and leave to work on another costumer. By 11 I was still sitting. We discussed in advance that it would may take that long because all I was getting was a blow out and clip in tracks. She finally got to my hair and at 11:30 we were still blow drying. My stylist, poo then flat ironed my hair and continued to hit me with it and burn me because she was rushing. She then proceeded to put curly tracks in my straight hair when we discussed a week ago that I wanted curls. I asked how are they gonna blend and she said most likely they will not. She absolutely did not care that I was about to miss my high school graduation and continued to try and convince me to stay while she finished. I returned after walking out to pay and I payed 45 for a trash blowout that didn’t even hold throughout the day. I went home and dressed for graduation in 10 minutes. My makeup was barely there and complete trash bc I had no time. When I got to graduation they were just about to line up. If she had took just 5 minutes longer I would have missed my graduation. This was the worst salon n I have ever went to. She also continued to insult me about how I combed my hair when I removed my braids and would not let my split ends go. I will never ever return and I recommend that you never go. This is me adding on to my post. It is uneducated, ignorant people like you that really should find themselves working for others because as head of the salon, your are simply unprofessional, dare I say an idiot. We did discuss with the clips ins but maybe, just maybe your attention span isn’t long enough to pay attention to anything else but the money. Any other owner would have said I’m sorry for your experience but no it’s gotta be you that tries to defend that useless place of a salon. Why would you have 4 people scheduled when their weee only two of you that morning. What don’t you understand about high school GRADUATION??? It’s not hard to understand. Maybe for you it is but normally it means you only get one. One that I went to looking a mess because of u neglegence And idiocy. Also you were not in the least bit sorry and u couldn’t even say it. Let’s chalk it up to your terrible mistake as a terrible owner. And y’all save your money and go someplace that can actually help you.
