My family and I been coming to one touch Beauty since it opened. We always loved it but their quality lowered after their new hirings. Yesterday my sister and I went to get our eyebrows threaded and the girl cut our eyebrows in half. It was so bad that when we asked for them to fix it they said they were not able to because they would have to deform the natural shape of our eyebrows. What disappointed me more was that after asking for a refund they refused and gave us a coupon for One free eyebrow even after I told her that we would not be returning. I asked to speak to the manager to where they claimed she would not be in until next week. I left and called for the managers number and she asked that I send pictures to her phone. I’m still waiting for a reply and a hope that they can fix the situation. My sister and I have a huge public televised event this Saturday to where we both will be coming up with half an eyebrow thanks to One touch beauty. This isn’t the first time that I have had to go back and ask them to redo it but I never expected such an admitiré mistake as leaving patches in the eyebrow. I strongly advise against anyone going here.

I have been going to One Touch Beauty for a little more than a year. I have always loved the results and even recommended them to many of my friends. Today I went to get my eyebrows threaded for a very important event. You can only imagine my surprise when I saw that my eyebrows were way more thin thin than before and much too uneven. I am not sorry to say I am not going back ever again.

I’ve been coming since they opened. I’m so upset with the way my eyebrows look. Any other time I wouldn’t care. But I have an important dinner next week and I’m traveling for my honeymoon same week! :(( They lost a customer. I’m never coming back!!

Service was good, quick and clean. Sign outside building said $5.99 for threading and they charged me $8. $2 isn’t the end of the world, but if you advertise a price you should honor it.
