Booked a massage on Groupon and set a date. My massage therapist had Covid so owner said she could rebook me for an upgrade at no extra charge and she’d call me back later that evening to confirm a date. This was about 8 months ago and I’m yet to hear back from her. $40 wasted and no money back or anything. Never will contact this business again. Highly do not recommend.

No call back or email response after several days. I left a voicemail and emailed from their website to schedule an appointment. Tried to schedule appointment from website and it was showing no availability for at least a month. I stopped looking after that. Highly unprofessional with no response, even if they happen to be out of town an auto response can be put in place. Watch out for Groupon and Living Social offers from them!!!
