One to One Salon

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went to the salon yesterday to work with Traci on a big vivid color transformation. She was so professional and fun. When I got to the salon, I was greeted by a receptionist that took my temperature and instructed me to sanitize my hands. I was really happy to see them all taking extra steps of protection before sitting down. The entire appointment with Traci we kept our masks on and she checked on me often to see if I was comfortable. I came prepared with multiple masks in case one got wet or dirty from product or washing but she was so careful to not get my mask wet, I never needed to change it!The process was really fast all things considered with a multi-panel vivid color and my hair felt so much softer and healthier after! I’m not sure the bleach/color lifters that were used but Traci used Pulp Riot colors for the final look and honestly it came out amazing and just what I wanted. She was really amazing and took really good care of me and hyped me up the whole time.As for the salon itself, I was really happy to see everyone masked up and spacing stations more than 6 feet apart. The salon was bright and clean and staff were cleaning and sanitizing the entire time. I went to the salon yesterday to work with Traci on a big vivid color transformation. She was so professional and fun. When I got to the salon, I was greeted by a receptionist that took my temperature and instructed me to sanitize my hands. I was really happy to see them all taking extra steps of protection before sitting down. Finally I found Matt on social media and loved his work. I had highlights, toning and color done couple of days ago. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. I am very happy with my color.
