Walked and I seen Jeremy sitting down on the phone. I specifically asked for edge up and don’t touch anything. He was too busy on his phone trying to set up his Bluetooth. When he started cutting I told him only a edge up but somehow pushed me back and still messed up. I go to this shop a lot it’s a good shop just don’t go to Jeremy he doesn’t listen well. Stick to everyone else except Jeremy also don’t get in his chair if you don’t have cash app.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWell we walked in around 10:30am. Saw we had about 3/4 people ahead of us. I was fine with that as I know it was later in the day on a Saturday. It was getting close to our turn. I asked the guy how many people where ahead and he said 2. Once he was done with the 2 people he walked up to me and said well my appointments are coming in now I won’t be able to cut your son’s hair. I wish he would have had more professionalism.
