When I first booked a haircut at One Stop Barber Shop, I was impressed with the technology. It’s very easy to book and manage appointments online. With a wide range of appointment times, it’s easy to find a time that works for you. Michele does a great job with notifying customers if she’s behind or needs to reschedule (on very rare occasions). I also love how easy it is to pay for my haircut with contactless payments.

Hands down the best place around to get a haircut. Not only do you get a quality haircut and beard trim but you also get phenomenal customer service. Michele always ensures you’re happy with her work before you leave as she takes great pride in what she does. If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would without hesitation. Every time I go, she is always very personable and listens to your requests and even offers suggestions. One stop barber shop is the only place I’d go for my haircuts.

My son and I have been going to Michele at One Stop Barber Shop for almost 10 years. Always a great cut and a great experience. My son is an adult w/special needs and, from day one, Michele took the time ask questions to better understand my son so she could provide to him the best experience. I’ve never once been concerned with their interaction, because she KNOWS my son and he loves her to death. As for myself, every time I step into the shop, all my worries are put on hold because you just feel involved in every joke, every debate, and every conversation.

I can’t say enough good things about Michele and her shop. Centrally located in downtown Janesville, on Main St with ample street parking, and if not, a parking ramp half a block away. Her shop has a good mix of rustic and modern, being in an older building but with plenty of modern furniture and fixtures. The shop is always clean and stocked with beverages for enjoying. Michele is always pleasant, always listening to her customers, and flexible as situations arise.
