You wouldn’t know by looking at the photos that her clients skin is so raw at the end of their appointment.Please take the time to read, as the Salon itself is great. This review is in regards to a nail tech. If I had a way to review her individually I would, but I don’t. I’ll start to say I hate to write negative reviews and it takes a lot for me to do so. The nail tech came highly recommended, so I’m still a little shocked that my experience doesn’t align with the recommendations. This is by far the most painful nail experience I’ve had. She was not careful with the drill or file, and drilled/filed the skin around my nails consistently. It’s been over a week and I still have scabs on four of my fingers, it was six fingers originally. While she was painting my nails, I watched her picked at the already cured polish because it wasn’t done neatly, and when the polish lifted, she just patted it back down. As a result when I got in my car, the polish was already chipping. On two nails. On my pinky nail, I showed her while she was still doing my nails that it had started chipping. She said she would fix it and then didn’t. When booking the appointment she got me to book by confidently stating she could do the design I wanted, but when I got there, she told me how hard it would be and acted as though it was an inconvenience for her. So I agreed to choose something else, and even choosing something else, what she did didn’t even remotely match the inspo picture. I was very understanding and kept saying I don’t expect perfection, but that bit me in the butt. Typically I speak up, but I’d already felt like an inconvenience with the issues I did mention that I just accepted my losses and went home to put antibacterial ointment on one of my fingers because it was starting to get infected already.Service: ManicureUpdated to add, in her photos she posts, she edits the skin around the nails by smoothing and color correcting.
