First time ever having long hair so I looked up hair salons on Google maps and after a little researching undecided on One Salon. Booked the appointment online, which was super easy and not complicated at all. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily I booked my appointment. My stylist was on time and did a great job, no complaints. Atmosphere was busy but friendly. Facility was clean and they had a great seating area and even offered refreshments. The 0nly thing that caught me off guard is that they don’t allow you to use your credit/ debit card to leave the tip… Usually you add it to the charge and it makes life easier. Especially for the customer… Cash or check only for tips. Luckily I had some cash in the car or else that would’ve been a disaster. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them if you are in the area.

This place is the real deal for a high quality cut, trim, color, change up on a style, etc. Spot is wide and has variety of amenities and refreshments. The personnel makes you feel at home they sure can talk your head off. This is a no judgement zone how I like it. My stylist was Morgan and her service was amazing. Brings a level of spunk and science to the game. She’s really good at her craft. You guys made my day

I’ve been coming here for haircuts with Heather and just recently started seeing Iulia for facial care. They are both fantastic. Their online booking is easy to navigate and use, which is a bonus for me. They just located to their new location, which is a bit smaller than the last but still a nice salon. Ample parking and comfortable waiting areas once you are inside. Good selection of hair and skin products as well!

Never ever go there. I had an appointment with Heather at 5:30 pm waited for 30 minutes. I was told the stylist is still busy when I asked front desk, no one have come to inform me to wait more, not apologized.
