Wow is what I can say about this place. Amazing customer service from the moment you walk in. Not pushy or trying to make you spend more money. They listen and pay attention to what you want and what you’re looking for and will tell you right then and there if they can achieve that. They make sure you are happy every step of the way. I had wanted my roots darkened and low lights and Laura did an amazing job giving me the look I was looking for and let’s not talk about the massage chairs while you’re getting your hair washed . I went to One Salon to add more blonde to my balayage. The hair colorist Laura did exactly what I wanted! She listens, makes you feel comfortable and that’s why I trust her with my hair color. I always leave the salon feeling so happy and confident. Highly recommend Laura for color!! The salon is also gorgeous! A big perk is the massage chair while you get shampooed. Everyone is really friendly and I’ll be going back!

What a great experience! The staff is not only friendly and welcoming, but really take the time to listen to what you are looking for in terms of your hair. They don’t pressure you into needed something that you don’t like other salons and will give full transparency if something won’t work. They know what they are doing and you won’t walk out disappointed. Did I mention they have full massage chairs at the hair washing station? Very relaxing and easy going experience and would highly recommend.
