I love One Personal Grooming! I have been coming here for waxing services for years. Lenore is so professional and she does fantastic work. The studio is clean, comfortable and smells devine. The ambiance is very relaxing and serene. Lenore is such a pleasure ND I would definitely recommend!

After not receiving anything close to what my daughter wanted for a hair cut a couple weeks prior we booked an appointment here to see if we could achieve her hair goals. My little girl wanted her first BIG chop! Short very layered “fluffy” hair (think surfer boy but edgy). The first place she went to with her grandma and they said she wouldn’t look right with it and gave her a basic shoulder length haircut and she was bummed. When I explained all this to the lovely couple that runs this establishment and showed them the pictures of what she was going for they were super enthusiastic! After surveying her hair for a bit in the chair I asked him what he thought, could we do it? And he said “I think we’re going to have fun!”. As he starts cutting he’s explaining how her thick hair is PERFECT for this kind of cut and it’s going to be so cool! They were so kind and encouraging of her own personal style and making sure she felt 100 percent confident in her new look through the whole process. My kid does not chat adults up…like ever! But she felt so comfortable in that chair she got so chatty she almost forgot about her haircut! As more hair fell from her head the bigger the smile on that head got! I’m telling you I have never seen this kid so happy in her life! She was skipping! My kid doesn’t skip! She got the EXACT cut she wanted and now she won’t stop talking about it! She told me that when it grows longer she wants to go back to One Personal Grooming every time she needs a new cut! I can’t thank them enough for the joy they have brought my baby! Very kind and talented!
