Megan did my bridal hair for my wedding in October 2022. I decided to do my own makeup, but I needed my hair done, so I chose a salon close to my venue. We didn’t do a trial because I was coming up from NYC, so of course I was nervous, but hoping for the best. Megan was so sweet and exceeded my hopes. She had great energy and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. She worked so hard on my hair; it was just a simple, sleek low bun but I could tell she is a perfectionist. When I asked for a small change, she took out my entire bun and redid it. My hair was perfect and lasted all night. Thank you so much for making this bride feel special, Megan!

I have been going to One on One Salon for many years. They do fabulous work! I feel gorgeous every time I leave. I love their atmosphere and professionalism. Had the most amazing experience with Meaghan (hair) and Leah (makeup) for a special occasion. Firstly, the salon accommodated an early start time, 9am on Friday, which was so helpful. Both stylists were incredibly friendly, warm and checked in with me multiple times throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the direction they were going in based on the inspo pictures shared. The entire experience was super relaxing (the salon is beautiful and the chair super comfy), and I felt like the best version of myself. I never felt rushed or pressured and we ended perfectly on time. I just couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Any time I’m in the area I’d definitely come back, thank you so much Meaghan and Leah!!

I had the most amazing experience with One on One Salon. First, I texted their phone number for a last minute appointment (curls and makeup). I told them it was for my graduation this weekend and I instantly received a ‘congratulations’ text which was extremely sweet. They worked diligently to find me someone and they were back in touch within a day. On the day of my special event, the staff was so warm and friendly. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even put on false lashes (since my extensions had fallen out) to make me look complete. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend One on One Salon and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Absolutely love OneOnOne. I’ve been going since it opened and I always have a great experience and an amazing cut. Everyone there is so friendly and the overall atmosphere and vibe is awesome. Not to mention there is a beautiful window view looking out at all the busy happenings in Rhinebeck. Definitely recommend!

Kat and Leah, along with their incredible team helped us look and feel our best on our wedding day! We could not have been more thrilled with their calming energy, kindness, and skills! Our looks were exactly as we wanted and the stress of wedding to-dos melted away as we spent a few hours feeling pampered. They are the best in the business and we feel lucky to have found them. Months ago we did a trail and loved them back then. The big day was even better because our bridesmaids got to feel pampered too! We cannot thank the team enough and will recommend them to anyone getting married in the northeast!
