I have been visiting Alan at his natural Healing center for about 3 years now. I usually visit for support with my neck and shoulders. At each visit, Alan asks specific questions about target areas. During the massage, he plays music and waterfall in the background. It makes for a very calming and peaceful atmosphere. Alan knows what he is doing. I always feel much better after the massage. I highly recommend his Shiatsu massages!

In January 2022 I had major shoulder surgery. After two weeks I started seeing Alan to help with inflammation and mobility. I felt very comfortable there since Alan takes extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of his patients. My husband is also a patient of Alan’s. There’s a definite reason that Alan has been my Shiatsu Therapist for a decade. He is a consummate professional and extremely effective. At my last visit, Alan treated pain in my elbow. He told me I had inflammation in the tendons in my elbow, also known as golfer’s elbow…which I didn’t even know was a thing! Alan assured me it was treatable and, after the tremendous reduction in pain after just the first treatment, I am convinced he is right. Alan is very friendly and caring. He really listens to what you have problems with, and explains what techniques he will be using with you. He also gives you advice on what to do on your own or what to pay attention to. Every time I go to him, my pain is reduced remarkably, and my range of motion is improved almost immediately.
