Got my nails done here by a gentleman . Not my first visit. First he said he wasn’t able to do the French tip because of my nail colour. Didn’t offer solutions around it, just insisted I pick a solid colour to make it easier on him. Didn’t bother putting enough product on my nails. Didn’t bother to completely take off the gel polish, so of course you’d be able to see through the French tip style I wanted. Grinded and shaved the acrylic off my nail. Left gaps between the nail. When I did say something he just turned and looked at his co worker and after told me I was too sensitive. No one person in the salon cared to help or the guy doing my nails. This too after he complained my nails were in such bad shape. Yet, didn’t mention that before starting my nails. Product left under my nail bed that when I flicked it with the tip of my other nail, the entire nail cracked. Still ended up paying $30 for what was apparently “paint ready”. These pictures are what he thought was okay before painting. When I voiced my concerns he kept looking around and didn’t seem to interested in fixing it. So I left with unfinished nails, not even a sorry. After talking me into buying my own nail accessories for them to use, they clearly don’t care about repeat customers.

I walked in today for a pedicure and manicure. I was recovering from a sprained ankle so I asked Tina to be careful with my foot. She was very kind and caring and checked with me throughout the pedicure. It felt wonderful. I have had pedicures here in the past, all were top notch. Then I inquired about the DIP powder for a manicure, as I have stopped using gel and other treatments for well over two years. The owner explained the process and the technique. She discussed the pros and cons about each type of process. Tina did the DIP and it looks phenomenal. She is very quiet and focused on her work. I have been to salons in most major cities in the US and have to say that this salon is right there at the top. Thanks for taking me today, I will be back soon!

Not a fan. Sat in my pedicure chair so long waiting that my water went cold. Not happy with the cashier’s attitude at all. Was unaware I couldn’t leave a tip on my card and got an attitude. Charged extra for everything and didn’t even offer a drink. So many hidden charges . Don’t waste your time go somewhere else

Went with my daughter, sister in law and niece, they had a great experience. I had a man named Andy and it was horrible ! He has long jagged finger nails that he kept digging into my toes. He had to keep asking the other guy what to do next. I will stick to my normal place from now on Pedicure
