I find the staff at One Nail Spa to be exceptional in their customer service! They are exceedingly polite and are always top notch in their care and concern for their customers. There are times that I’ve stopped by and they have simply been too busy to fit me in, so I try to remember to make an appointment well ahead and to avoid busy times when possible. I always go back to One Nail & Spa!!

I tried One Nails last week on the recommendation of a friend and was very disappointed. I came in at 6pm for a regular manicure and was assigned a manicurist named Ruby. She seemed to be annoyed, possibly because it was late in the day although they’re open until 7pm or maybe because the receptionist asked her to remove her latex gloves because I’m allergic. I should have walked out the minute I sensed her attitude, but I went ahead with a simple regular manicure. There was no cream massaged in my hands, which I was happy about because when I asked her if she washed her hands after removing the latex gloves, her answer was “I’m good”. So the last thing I needed was her potentially massaging latex into my hands. Her response was disrespectful and it was not due to a language barrier. The manicure was quick, no frills or details that I’m used to at my regular place and the end result was poor and only lasted a few days. Next time I’ll book my nail place in advance because this was an unpleasant experience. For anyone with a latex allergy, absolutely cross this place off your list because every person in the place wears them. There are so many latex free alternatives today I wish businesses would be sensitive to people with allergies. There’s no excuse for rudeness.

Took my 5 year old in for a mani (polish) while I got a chair massage. They charged me $15. All other places charge. Will never be back and I spend a lot of money getting nails and massages for myself. Hope the $8 overcharge was worth it .

The nail salon is beautiful! I went for a pedicure and a UV gel fill in with gel polish.I did have two broken nails that had to be fixed. The total was $88 for everything. I am not impressed with my nails. They look chunky and not shaped properly. The woman who did my pedicure filed my actual skin, which caused a lot of discomfort. I would go back again for a regular mani/pedi if I was in an emergency nail situation, but I will not be returning for my UV gel fill in.

their employee LISA is hands down the rudest woman i’ve ever met and refused to do my manicure when I asked her politely not to file them anymore. She told me she could not do my manicure and asked for $10 for taking off my polish. I walked next door to Huntington Nails and got an amazing manicure from someone with a smile on their face! so refreshing to be treated with respect like a customer should be!!

They have a wide range of colors and all the staff is friendly ! they do a really good job with acrylics and gel. I was a walk-in and did gel acrylic and was really satisfied with my result. Would highly recommend.
