The salon was clean and the first time I went the guy who did my nails was nice but went there earlier this week. The woman who did my nails was a young girl with a bad attitude she sighed the whole time she did my set. She was really rude. She got upset at me several times and kept telling me to relax my hands.. they were. She twisted my fingers to the point where they were hurting after the appointment. She struggled to file them which is why she kept twisting my fingers. She drilled my nails down so bad it was painful. She clearly didn’t know how to shape I asked for oval and got coffin. They were crooked and uneven. I asked for white tips and got painted on white that was uneven and one layer and already chipping after the appointment. I think her name was Abby. She clearly is unhappy and needs to read this and adjust her attitude

I have been here several times and it’s always been ok. The vibe is uncomfortable. The staff is not friendly unless you’re a regular. The techs are good, mostly. Myanna is the best but also not very friendly. I tried this place one last time with a tech new to me. I paid way too much money and less than a week later my dip powder nail came off as I was washing my hands. NEVER have I ever had anything like that happen. I’m done. Never again.

This was my first experience at One Nail. I won’t be back. Called for a price on dip and was told $42. I had a rude technician and when I went to pay I was charged 51.50, was told the extra charge was for shaping my nails, which I wasn’t told there was an extra charge for shaping my nails. Everywhere else I’ve been, shaping your nails was included. Very disappointed!

When state board came into “One nail lounge” was there was a young employee who jumped out of her chair in the middle of a service with a customer and ran outside the back door while state board was in the salon. Vee was the young ladies name I believe. She went out to her car and sat in there while state board was inside. Shortly after she went to her car state board asked to speak with the manager outside. I’m not sure What was said but once state board left she came back inside through the front door and finished the service on a customer she was working on. I will be calling state board in regards to this matter. It doesn’t take rocket science to know that ALL employees you hire are to be licensed.
