I’ve just gotten the absolutely perfect manicure and pedicure here! They do dry/electronic file, which I couldn’t find for the longest time. For months I’ve been going to different salons in coconut grove/pinecrest/coral gables area and I’m absolutely confident there’s no better place. They did such a clean job and used tiny brushes to get the even edge on every nail and, since they clearly have lots of experience with extensions, they use techniques like flipping the hand over to get the perfect drop shape of gel. It took them less than an hour and a half to do both gel manicure and gel pedicure at the same time! Efficient and beautiful.

I do go to that place all the time and extremely happy. I was trying other nail salons around, and I know what I’m talking about. My nails stay 3-4 weeks, and pedi 6-8 weeks. Girls are very friendly and I can do mani and pedi in the same time, that saves me so much time. Thank you

Made an appointment and they changed it to a different time than what I booked it for, but I accommodated. Then I ran 10 min late due to traffic and couldn’t call since no phone numbers are available. Did not get the same courtesy. As I arrive, not one single person smiles or greets me or tells me what is going on – they have a very hidden operation in a back room and no one seems to care about customers there. Then one very rude girl comes screaming at me saying I am late, while she could have just said she couldn’t accommodate – no need to be rude and so unwelcoming to a possible new customer. Honestly never experienced such bad customer service but if you like being treated like you are not welcome this might be your type of place.
