It is a true family atmosphere with quality and professionalism at the forefront of each appointment. We have never been disappointed or treated in a manner that is anything less than stellar. They are incredible to children, ESPECIALLY those with special needs and I would recommend them to anyone. We have been bringing our son to Damien at Handsome Cuts for years. It is a true family atmosphere with quality and professionalism at the forefront of each appointment. We have never been disappointed or treated in a manner that is anything less than stellar. They are incredible to children, ESPECIALLY those with special needs and I would recommend them to anyone. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy husband took our 16 year old autistic grandson here on June 16, 2020. He had to sign in and wait outside for my grandson’s turn, which is understandable during COVID-19. However, numerous patrons came after and signed in and they were taken before my husband and grandson. They waited for an 1 1/2 hours and no one ever took them. As you may know, Autistic children have a hard time waiting on things. They came home and I called this establishment and asked if I could make an appointment. I was informed that they do not make appointments, as it was on a first come first serve basis. I explained the situation and the person said “I don’t know what to tell you, come back tomorrow”. WE ARE NOT GOING TOMORROW OR EVERY AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD NOT GO EITHER. THEY ARE INSENSTIVE TO SPECIAL NEEDS PEOPLE/CHILDREN.My husband took our 16 year old autistic grandson here on June 16, 2020. My husband took our 16 year old autistic grandson here on June 16, 2020. He had to sign in and wait outside for my grandson’s turn, which is understandable during COVID-19.
