The energy in the salon is unmatched, all the stylists are extremely professional and everyone has their own touch to what they do. I see Richard every 2 weeks and I’ve never trusted anyone with my hair as much as him. I have also sent my mother and sisters to see him & they loved it. Amazing Salon. Richard, the owner has been cutting my hair for years. He has over 20 years of experience and as a stylist is constantly improving and searching for the newest trends and techniques.In other words, he is not a complacent hair dresser! My husband gets his beard trimmed by Richard and he is amazing. We have been to 3 other salons and Richard is the BEST hairdresser we have found in South Florida. Richard is not expensive and he has the best prices I have found. You never have to wait long and he is very flexible with getting an appointment. He also colors my husband hair and he is the best I have found of any salon in South Florida. I highly recommend Richard and he is also one of the owners. Great find he is a hidden gem.

I consider myself extremely loyal. I had been going to my previous barber for over a decade. One day he couldn’t fit me in his schedule and I was forced to get a haircut and beard trim elsewhere. I reached out to a friend who I thought always had a great cut and he recommended I go to One 11. I am (somewhat) ashamed to say this (not really) but after one haircut and trim with One 11, I divorced my old stylist and I haven’t looked back. These guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST! From the moment you walk in the door, you are taken care of. Not only do they cut my hair unlike anyone before, they take care of you by offering coffee and a fresh wash once you are done. They make you feel like you are family. Often times, I have the deepest of conversations while getting my haircut which just adds to the experience. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough and I believe everyone should get their hair styled at One 11 Studios!

Terrible customer service. I ask if I can come any day (Wednesday to Saturday) after my work at 6:30pm (since in their erbpage says you close at 7) and the receptionist not even ask to anyone. She was just close minded to the option to have a new client (and the possibility to bring more in the future). Please look who you hire as a front desk. I have been working in hospitality industry for years and with the economic situation/pandemic you don’t want to close the door for a new client just for an hour wen the customer might spend more than $400! What do you think?
