Critical: Punctuality, QualityGood luck if you need prescriptions refilled. I tried for two weeks to get my insulin refilled and was told multiple times they would send it in only for them to not do it. I tried for two weeks straight and they FINALLY sent in my prescriptions after me going three days with out. The pharmacy then sent back requesting a different brand due to insurance changes. I get this is not on them, but after a week later and CVS sending the request multiple times and me calling, I still don’t have my medications. I had to go to an urgent care today just to get enough to keep me out of the hospital until I can get in to a new PCP. They do not care about their patients, they have made that perfectly clear. I will never step foot through their door again. If I was trying to get a narcotic or some other med, I could understand them resisting, but INSULIN, a medication I literally can not live without.Good luck if you need prescriptions refilled.
