I absolutely love On The Runnn. Nikki is that girl when it comes to curly hair cuts AND blowouts. As someone who big chopped almost 5 years ago, I went to Nikki to help shape my curls and it made a huge difference. Then at the beginning of this year, I went to Nikki for my first blow out and it looked beautiful. Her blowouts also last longer than any blowout I’ve ever had and doesn’t damage your curls! I just got my second blowout almost 2 weeks ago and it looks almost perfect. Can’t speak highly enough about On the Runnn.

I’ve been here a few times. Had good experiences with Jordan each time. She introduced me to a Milbon treatment that was amazing. However today (Sunday) I had an appointment with her and she texted me that she had an emergency and would not be able to work. That happens and I fully understand. But she asked if I could come in NEXT Monday as a reschedule. A full week later?? No I can’t. Everyone knows when a woman needs her hair done, she NEEDS her hair done!! And what kills me is they require payment in advance. Refund please. I like the salon and the stylists but I’ll keep looking.

I had a good experience at the salon, but I received a birthday coupon that was supposed to be applied to my invoice. I called before my appointment, after, and emailed about it and it still hasn’t been applied. My hair experience was positive, I wished the results were a tad less frizzy but overall I was mostly only dissatisfied with the administrative side.
