Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI came to this salon because they had the best reviews. There’s a reason they have great reviews. I was treated kindly, professionally, and all around well! I made an appointment for highlights. I personally have never had my hair colored professionally before and was nervous and didn’t know how to tell them what I wanted. I took pictures in and showed them how I wanted it to turn out. They took their time and really communicated between all the beauticians. I spent roughly 5.5 hours in the salon and my hair looks amazing! I absolutely love it. I couldn’t be happier with it. I had Lani as my stylist but honestly, I would recommend any of them to you! It’s a wonderful place. I came to this salon because they had the best reviews. There’s a reason they have great reviews. I was treated kindly, professionally, and all around well! I made an appointment for highlights. I personally have never had my hair colored professionally before and was nervous and didn’t know how to tell them what I wanted. I took pictures in and showed them how I wanted it to turn out. Critical: PunctualityWent to my appointment today, was actually a few minutes early, I went to the door and they were closed for the day already! Door locked and the sign on the door said they were gone until 9am tomorrow! What kind of customer service is that when they won’t keep the appointment once it’s set and won’t inform the customer. Went to my appointment today, was actually a few minutes early, I went to the door and they were closed for the day already!
