This salon over charges and the customer service is horrible. If you do not like your look, too bad. No refunds or fixing. The owner Kristen Colon is extremely rude and has no type of manners. She hung up the phone on me while trying to discuss my issue.

By far the best salon I have ever been too the owners Kristen and Mickey are so skilled and their talent is just unmatched. They both go above and beyond for their clients and by doing so you already know they only hire the best of the best so literally every hair stylist there is just as amazing. Best salon if you plan on making just about any changes to your hair and they also offer the best quality hair extensions. Also if you plan on buying any aftercare products you MUST try the Truss liquid aminos the best product for blow drying your hair, and the Truss net mask is literally life changing for damaged hair and to just give your hair the extra love it deserves.

Definitely don’t go to On-site studio. They are best in class for hair color and I don’t need everyone taking up all the appointments so I can’t get on the schedule. I see Nina, and I look fabulous, but honestly everyone that walks out of that salon looks like f-ing Beyoncé so you really can’t go wrong.
