The nail on my right big toe had curled under and back in pinching and trapping the skin. A Doctor and a Podiatrist said the nail would have to be removed. Several sources including my sister told me, from experience, this would be a painful procedure with no guarantee the nail would grow in correctly. I learned about Laura and had a consultation with her. She explained she could get the skin free from being pinched and after applying a special nail brace to hold it level while it grew back I would have a normal looking nail. It took a few months but it worked just like she said and completely painless. I no longer refuse to wear sandals it public. Thanks Laura
