We provide a family oriented environment with friendly staff. We enjoy guiding clients on their Hair journeys! Whether its Locs, Natural Hair, Weaves, or Precision Barber cuts. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueThis was my second time going …l thought l had found a new salon for my kids. First time I went was waiting for 2.5 hrs but Anita did good work. So this time around I made sure that I specified a time (1:30pm) and confirmed that this was ok….as I had a Dr appointment at 3:30pm. I confirmed that she will be done on time …l got to the salon at 1:35 she had a customer in her chair…long story .. she shampooed my hair at 2:15 put me in the dryer and took me out at 3pm… I couldn’t wait …meanwhile she had still had a customer in her chair..at no point did she explain why she was running late or atleast be sorry for keeping me waiting. I ended up leaving with my hair looking a hot mess as it was not retwisted .. l confronted her and asked……I had an appt at 3:30 and you assured me that l would be done by 3 .. she said that her previous customer changed styles on her … I left never to return. Horrible experience today was my first time going. Let some girl name Raquel cut my weave and messed it up real bad. I was crying my eyes out. I ended going to simply cuts to get it fixed and they did wonderful. Make sure you ask to see pictures before you let people do your hair. She did a horrible job and o have never experienced anything like that. You have been warned you think I will go back ever I don’t think so. She jipped me out of 40$. Horrible horrible horrible
