Made 4 different appointments all in which were cancelled day off. The most recent I went in and they said there was no appointment I showed the confirmation they sent me away 20 seconds later I got the cancellation email. No apology no nothing. Asked for a 3 and he cut almost all my hair off for a fade. He said it was a 3 but I know it wasn’t after all the years of me getting my haircuts.Then he still charged full price when I wasn’t happy with my cut. Not going back, go somewhere else. The barber I booked wasn’t even there so it was a random cutting my hair and he gave me a 1 not 3. Honestly, I could’ve cut my own hair for it to look like it does. I want a full refund including tip

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Johnny & Bryan for the past 12 years. Ever since Johnny opened this shop, I’ve been coming in once every two weeks to once a month and have never had a bad experience. This is the best spot in the area to get a hair cut, coffee, catch a sports game, and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
