Duo to ownership changed, our new name is On nail & Spa with same stuff .On nail is a full service Nail salon featuring manicures, pedicures and waxing. Feel free to schedule your appointment by calling us at 860-410-5033. We are following ALL cleaning, sanitizing and social distancing guidelines. Please remember to wear your masks. We assure you that you will be 6 feet away from other customers, behind a protective plexiglass shield, sitting in clean chairs that are sanitized after each use. We still use disposable liners in our pedicure chairs, but also bleach all water lines, jets and basins after each use. We are doing our best to keep both YOU and US all SAFE.

Visiting ct I decided to stop here for a mani/pedi. I was not disappointed. They did a green tea spa treatment on my legs and feet and you get a massage with the manicure. For both it came to $105 which isn’t bad. If I lived here, I’d go there again.

My best friend took us here the day before her wedding for a manicure and pedicure. This was a wonderfull eperience for me. I am 50 and this was my first time. I have been missing out! When we arrived we were met at the door by a very nice young man. He had us pick a nail color. There were so many beautiful colors to choose from. He had me go sit in a comfy chair,and he worked his magic! So gentle,clean,tools were bagged, the foot and leg massage….OMG! My nails have never looked so pretty. My hands and feet so soft! I really wanted to love this place! Especially since it came recommended, there are plenty of positive reviews and the owner and other technicians were very friendly. However there were a number of disappointing things that happened during my appointment this afternoon but I am not going to list them all. The most disappointing were the poor quality of manicure and pedicure along with poor customer service. I saw other customers get better service while my same (reasonable) requests were not listened to. Unfortunately it’s seems as though this place provides poor quality basic level services in the hopes that you upgrade to one of the more expensive manicures or pedicures. However, I have gone to different salons in town which provide far better quality basic level services. For those thinking of going to this place for the first time, request Young, Sue or the younger female technician as they seemed far more focused on customer satisfaction. And I would also recommend getting clarification on what is included in each level of service, so you don’t end up paying over $50 for poor quality services 🙁
