I used to go here every three months. The experience was great. I’d ask to get my regular hair cut which is to cut the ends of my hair. Oscar never cut my hair short because I’d tell him all the time I wanted to grow out my hair. he would cut at an inch in the time span of 9 months. Until recently. He poked me with the scissors two to three times and kept saying sorry. He also combed my face and hit my nose and said sorry again. He ended up cutting three inches of my hair. I wasn’t paying attention because I trusted him to cut my hair like he regularly does. He cut the three inches I was letting my hair grow all off since I first started going. This experience was horrible and I would never go again to Oscar
