Worst experience. I told the lash artist exactly what I wanted and she insisted I do what she wanted. I let her do it because well, she is a professional and probably knows better than me…. WRONG. I hate how my lashes came out and she told me to come back to fix them. Why would I want to come back and spend more money to have HER mistake fixed? I already spent $120. Not only that, my lashes have been falling out like crazy. I shouldn’t already need a fill after 2 days of being extra careful with my lashes. Also, she started video chatting someone towards the end of my appointment whilst i’m still laying on the table and did not give me any time to ask her about aftercare instructions. Completely unprofessional and I feel so sad because this was something that was supposed to be special treat to myself and I left feeling really sad and unheard…. Will not come back unless they offer to fix the mistake and do it right. Until then, I do not recommend this place at all.

They burned my brows half way off and it doesn’t look like they’re going to grow back. The way I was treated and I’m pretty sure the lady who did them had no clue how to. I have to now use a pencil to color my half brows in. I used to have nice eyebrows and just wanted a solution so I didn’t have to brush them perfect daily and ended up with brows that look like 90s brows over plucked.

I’ve been going to on Fleek threading for almost two years everyone’s always welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Jesse for lashes and micro blading she’s amazing efficient and fast!! All of the ladies do an good job on the services they offer. They will not disappoint I promise!! If I could give them more stars I would they definitely deserve 10!!!

My second time getting my lashes done ever and I had an AMAZING experience !!!! The first time I got my lashes done was at another establishment and it literally scared me into almost never doing it again but the person who did my lashes (I wish I remembered her name cause she was amazing) made me feel so comfortable explained everything to me and as a beginner walked me through the process . When I walked out of that shop I had a whole new confidence and will be returning !! She helped make my birthday special and all I can say is Thank you !!!!

Omg I have been coming to Jassie for a few years now! She is the best! Absolutely amazing, she knows the style I like and she never falls short on her delivery! Fleek is EXACTLY what my lashes feel and look like. She always gives her honest opinion when it comes to preserving the integrity of my lashes, either use some sort of lashes serum or take a break and allow them to grow. I followed the recommended lashes serum and. Like Majic they grew and never haf to have a break…..no one wants to be lashless right?!! She’s the best!

I just got out from doing a lash lift. It was my first time. For the most part, the experience was fine, except for the fact that she didn’t remove the adhesive from my eye lids before I left. And when I used a Groupon, they acted kind of annoyed by it, saying I should have made an appointment for the service. If they require appointments for certain services, they should advertise that so that we know in advance. And if they don’t want to take Groupon, they should talk to the company about that and remove them.
