I have been going there for a little while with my wife and each time has been a great experience. I personally go to Leda but she was not available for a walk in and the person that worked on my pedicure was great. She took her time, was relatable, and patient even towards the end of the day. My wife’s tech Lee has always done a good job with her and jokes around with me knowing we come together. It is always a good a relaxing experience as well as a very elegant. I would recommend anyone to stop by.

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve gone to the Glen Mills location before and have always had a great experience. Granite Run is closer so I decided to try it out, the spa is beautiful and clean inside, however, when greeted by my manicurist all she said was “Hi!” Then walked away. She was nice, but very aggressive while doing my nails and cut all of my fingers. My pointer finger was actually dripping blood and she never apologized. The dip went down over my cuticles so now all of my nails are lifting. They also must not use the proper top coat and the top coat is peeling off of all my nails (the last 2 pictures were taken exactly one week later). This is outrageous for charging over $50 for results I could get elsewhere for much cheaper (and much better quality). Granite Run is closer so I decided to try it out, the spa is beautiful and clean inside, however, when greeted by my manicurist all she said was “Hi!” Then walked away. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love this place! It’s always so clean, I see people cleaning every 20 minutes while I’m there if not more. The customer service is great and Angel did an amazing job on my nails before my bachelorette weekend. I will be going back for my wedding day nails as well!

Just came here for the first time tonight for a French pedicure and French gel manicure for my wedding. Monica was wonderful and I absolutely loved it here and will definitely only be coming here from now on! No idea why this place doesn’t have AT LEAST 4.5 stars. It’s really the nicest mail salon I have ever seen. Just gorgeous and the nicest equipment and furniture and decor. And you get a complimentary mimosa or other beverage. That said it is absolutely on the higher side- expect to pay 5-10$ more than at other salons- but that is well worth it for the atmosphere, wonderful staff and a beverage (evens out with a mimosa anyway) so ten stars and can’t wait to come back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The nail tech recommended to get a liquid gel set because “it lasts longer”.. her words. I get the set and within 8 hours of getting them done two came off.. Within a week they all came off. I also got my eyebrows done. There was still hair under my eyebrows. I spent $90 & to have nails come off with in 8 hours is unacceptable. I called the next day: no response. I am disappointed & do not recommend this salon.

Having moved out of Philadelphia recently, I had a pretty low bar for and opinion of nail salons but this place is a true spa. Clean. Tidy. Organized. But without sacrificing comfort. I personally hate when they put those plastic liners on the foot soak tub, wet plastic is a terrible feeling. But not here. Nicked my toe on Eliz’s table and she was so nice to patch me up and give me an extra bandaid after I bled all over. I will definitely be back and doubt I would be able to go anywhere else now!
