Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to Omni this morning to get a gel no chip manicure. Theresa was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. I’ve been an acrylic lady for years, but today was a first for gel. She explained what she was going to do and took the time to make sure everything cured appropriately, walked out with no smudges or dings! Yay! The almond scrub smelled great and Ashley in the front desk is welcoming and personable. They made me feel comfortable and answered questions I had. I went to Omni this morning to get a gel no chip manicure. Theresa was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. I’ve been an acrylic lady for years, but today was a first for gel. She explained what she was going to do and took the time to make sure everything cured appropriately, walked out with no smudges or dings! Yay! The place smelled amazing which I didn’t expect since most salons smell like a mix of chemicals and hair products but it had a nice aroma. I got a massage at this place, because I had finally gotten over some severe neck pain. And it had, over used some of my other neck and back muscles. They gave me a 60 minute massage, be gone to many places, and this was the best I had ever had. They took so many knots out. It felt amazing! I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. The next day I felt good as new, the lady asked what I wanted for the hour, she asked good questions and communicated well. She was friendly and professional. It was more than worth every penny and I will never go anywhere else.

I called in for an appointment when they opened at 8 this morning and was able to get one for noon today. I got a special occasion style for military ball and I’m more than satisfied of how it turned out. Ashley was great and kept on asking if I was good and if any of the pins hurt so she could fix them. I haven’t been to a salon around here but I most definitely will come back to get my hair cut soon! My experience was a pleasure from all aspects after walking in the door till leaving. Would recommend!

I’ve been going to Omni for Gel manicures and pedicures for about 5 months, and I’ve been pleased with all of my services! Quality products and good customer service! Sara is GREAT at what she does; very knowledgeable, always takes her time, and very pleasant! The owner Krissy is awesome! She’s personable and professional. I’m always greeted with a smiling receptionist and one that stands out is Ashley, who is always exceptional with her customer service. Everything about Omni is very welcoming and they all seem to really care!

The girls at Omni took care of all the hair for my best friends wedding, they were amazing. They accommodated our makeup artists, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond for us.
