Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this place on July 8th. It was the WORST experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I had some old orange gel polish on, and was looking for a fresh mani and pedi. Instead of soaking the gel off she used the drill, and did not even manage to get all of the polish off. You can see traces of the old polish on my nails. The nail tech continuously nipped at my skin throughout the process as well. It takes me a lot of effort to grow out my nails, and I had asked the nail tech to shape them into a short coffin nail. She stated my nails where not long enough but she would do an almond shape. The shape she created with my nail was ugly, therefore she tried a new shape, again, she did not shape the nail well and ended up cutting my nails extremely short. I became unhappy and requested they just do a clear coat so I could leave. When I stated this the nail tech began talking about me in her native tongue. One of the techs told her “tell her to come again” in a sarcastic tone. I was sitting in that establishment in tears. Once it was time to check out they continued to talk about me, the receptionist did not even ask how the service went she just presented me my bill which was 80 dollars for a CLEAR COAT, she simply just stared at me. I was bullied and overcharged by this establishment and I would not recommend.Now they continue to send me text messages about their specials after I’ve opted out and unsubscribe from their text change.Services: Gel manicures, PedicureI went to this place on July 8th.
