I went in for nail polish color change. They were going to charge $20 for two fingers. No thank you! I was going to also get my brows done. They called the lady 3 times. She was watching a soccer game on the TV and didn’t want to get up. Finally she got up. We went back to the room and she was going to begin my eyebrows. I said I didn’t tell you how I want them. She said, no, I only clean up. I have always gotten asked, at other places, how I wanted them shaped. For the same $10 they were charging. I left. I do not recommend.

The pictures of their work pretty much speak for themselves. I’ve been patronizing Omni for about 8 months now; 9/10 times you will get a tech with precise attention to shape and polish integrity, but I will mention that there is one tech who isn’t great at almond shape (see purple nails – they aren’t appropriately tapered and made my nails look thicker than they are). I would still give them five stars despite this since it isn’t a “typical” nail shape and you’d probably be fine seeing any tech for square or round. I’ll also mention that they charge to cut down your nails as well as for any shape other than square or round, but this is becoming industry standard anywhere you go. Overall, a very quality salon provided you are paired with a tech who is skilled in creating the nail shape you want.

I wouldn’t have given them a single star.I had the worst experience, the lady who did my nails (she’s younger and wears glasses) I didn’t get her name.She even didn’t greet me upon entering ,she was so rude.I’m never setting foot in that establishment again.If you’re in the service business ,work on your attitude, great customer service is essential.

I made an appointment for my husband for his birthday today (6/23) and told the older lady at station 5 exactly what services he was to have done (mani and pedi) at 11am and his name. Dropped him off and he texted me when he was done. First, he paid because she acted like she couldn’t wait till I picked him up so I could pay. Second, she asked him what he wanted done (mind you she wrote it down when I made the appointment).

Oh my god I might as well just copy and paste what other people said. I wish I read the reviews before coming, I asked for a manicure, they butchered my hands and when I asked to leave because of how painful it was, the owner threatened to put a hit on me so that her “people” would come after me, I went to my car to wait on the “police” that they called but instead a black SUV showed up and nobody got out and just sat there watching me sit in my car until the officer THAT I MYSELF CALLED showed up, as soon as he did the SUV raced out of the parking lot. It’s literalllyyyy like something out of movie that was so unreal! >>>>>>> I thought I should also add that the dispatcher I spoke with said this happens a lot with this salon but there’s nothing they can do unless it is a direct threat.

Critical: QualityThey just aren’t the same anymore. They need to hire younger people with more experience. They offer basic services, no real nail art. The older ladies do good pedicures but as for acrylics they aren’t good quality. They are thick and bulky. I paid $71 for a gel pedi and a refill. This was my first and last visit to this salon. First disappointment, they charged an up charge of $5 to remove partial gel from 4 of my nails. Second, they used a base coat as the primer and top coat when doing my manicure. When I inquired about a top coat, I was told they use a base for both. The polish is not going through last more than a day. I feel like I just wasted my time and money. They manicure charges are $2 more than their competition.
