This place is amazing. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. I personally have been working with Marissah for my deep tissue massages and she blesses me with her talent every time. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does because it reflects in her massages. I leave feeling revitalized, refreshed, and renewed. I’m so glad I found this place. If you’re looking for a great massage or some great self-care in general, Omni is your place ❤️

Let me start by saying, the massage techs were amazing! Mariah & Krystal had magical hands and were definitely 5 star techs! The spa was clean and welcoming and the receptionist was nice as well! They lost a point because of the music selection and the noise. At first the music was perfect. It was very Zen like. But then it turned into this upbeat instrumental pop/rock jazz. Which kind of soured the relaxing mood. I had to try and refocus my mind because I was singing the songs in my head! I have had a lot of massages and normally they play Zen music or Nature sounds which is my preference. Then there was the noise… The room was right by the reception area so we heard people coming in and talking. As well as people who were getting what I believe was eyelash service talking kind of loudly. I even heard the phone ring once. All of that being said, I loved the service and technicians! It was definitely a great little gem of a spot on the Southside!!!

I absolutely LOVE this spa! The experience begins from the moment you walk in the door. The decor is beautiful and modern, the staff is so friendly and genuinely kind hearted. The owner is such a sweet person. She gives great advice to her staff, and they respect her hard work tremendously. I’ve tried several services from waxing to facials, and each service has been amazing! AND they have amazing affordable memberships that you can share with your friends and family – how cool is that! If I could give 10 stars I would! Omni Day Spa has a lifetime customer in me, definitely give them a try!

First, great location and parking. Secondly upon entering the place I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and the place was spotless. The place gave me immediate relaxation vibes. My esthetician was friendly and provided excellent service. I have been rocking a bald head and hate to have to shave every couple of days, so I got my head waxed. PAINLESS and that definitely is a thumbs up. I booked my next appointment already. Thanks again for a great experience.

Absolutely phenomenal place. From the minute you walk in, it’s such a calming, clean environment. The front desk lady, Shayla, is so kind and attentive. Shes very good at setting a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
